Shipping Policies:

1. Product will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of the order. We will notify if an item is back ordered.
2. Priority Mail or UPS may be used depending on size of order, destination, or priority shipping.
   Large orders (by weight) cannot be sent priority mail.
3. Street Address is required for UPS or Express Delivery.

Product Guarantee and Refunds:

3. After approval for refund, credit will be given within 15 days of receipt of returned product.
